Kaiser Pledges To Improve Care

Kaiser Permanente is endorsing a proposal by a nursing union to boost staffing. The state´s largest H-M-O
says it will significantly improve its nurse-to-patient ratio despite a nursing shortage. Kaiser pledges to have at least one nurse for every four patients in most care
units.
