Stayner Trial Likely to Move

Prosecutors won´t oppose moving Yosemite killer Cary Stayner´s death-penalty murder trial out of
Mariposa County. District Attorney Christine Johnson says a new trial site is warranted. Stayner is charged with the 1999 murders of Yosemite tourists Carole
Sund, Silvina Pelosso and Juli Sund. He was convicted of the murder of naturalist Joie Armstrong.
