Grisly Murder Case Goes To Trial

A judge in Martinez has decided that prosecutors have enough evidence to go ahead with a trial in the grisly killings of five people last summer. The victims include the daughter of blues guitarist Elvin Bishop. Prosecutors say the deaths were part of an extortion plot meant to raise seed money for a self-help program.
