Structure Fire In Tuolumne County
Chinese Camp, CA — Firefighters are headed to a structure fire in Tuolumne County. The call went out just after 2:40 this afternoon. A structure in the 13000 block of Red Hills Road near Maiden Lane in Chinese Camp is on fire. There is no word on what type of structure or if any others are threatened at this time.

Update 3 pm: Cal Fire reports a home was on fire, but crews were able to put the flames out shortly after they arrived. There is no word on where the flames broke out in the home.
Update 3:15 pm: Cal Fire Spokesperson Lisa Williams says, “The cause of the fire is under investigation. It’s too soon to tell what sparked the blaze. They are doing their investigation.” Also, there is no word on a damage estimate to the home.
