Fire Ignited In Church Parking Lot Contained

Sonora, CA — A vehicle fire, which also spread to 1/4 acre of vegetation, was quickly contained this morning.
CAL Fire reports that the fire ignited from a travel trailer in a parking lot at the Christian Heights Church in Sonora, along Joshua Way. Air and ground resources responded to the incident during the 11 o’clock hour and the fire was quickly extinguished. No one was injured in the incident. Crews remain on scene mopping up as of 11:45am.
