Ballots Being Mailed Out Ahead Of November Election

Sponsored by:

Sonora, CA — County election officials across California are mailing out ballots this week leading up to the November 5 General Election.

Once filled out, they can be dropped off in the mail, put into one of the certified drop-off boxes, or taken to the county elections office. In California, all registered voters receive a ballot in the mail.

Monday was also the first day to vote in person at the main election offices across California. Later on, special vote centers will open in the days leading up to the election.

California Secretary of State Shirley Weber states, “I encourage all active, eligible voters to make a voting plan so they can ensure their voice is heard.”

Any registered voter who does not receive a ballot within the next 10 days should reach out to the county elections office.

Once you vote, a ballot can be tracked on the Secretary of State’s Website, here.
