Chicken Ranch Casino Resort Officially Kicks Off New Era
View VideoJamestown, CA — The ribbon was cut Saturday at noon signifying the grand opening of the new Chicken Ranch Casino Resort.
It kicked off an exciting day of events that included music and significant giveaways. Clarke Broadcasting caught up with Tribal Chair Lloyd Mathiesen at the noontime ceremony. He stated, “We are really excited to finally have this (facility) for our tribe and our community. The grand opening, with the carnival inside our ballroom and Walker Hayes on the pool deck, it is exciting having the building 100 percent done, and being able to showcase everything we have to offer.”

The resort was busy on Saturday with the first 1,000 guests receiving t-shirts and a 2024 Chevy Tahoe was even given away. The resort destination, in Jamestown, includes 197 hotel rooms and suites and a collection of restaurants, bars, gaming areas, and event space.
