Original post 11/22 at 10:42 written by BJ Hansen: Sonora, CA — The Tuolumne County Sheriff’s Office is seeking help in locating a pair of missing teenagers.

14-year-old Xander Alikai Vivas and 13-year-old Caitlyn Tricia Gossage were messaging each other and made plans to runaway together prior to leaving their homes. Both juveniles are on foot and may be hitchhiking with an intended destination of the Santa Cruz area.

Caitlyn was last seen on video surveillance leaving from her residence in the Cedar Ridge area on foot, just before midnight last night, Thursday. She is described as 5’01”, 135 pounds, with brown, straight shoulder-length hair and hazel eyes. She was last seen wearing a dark green sweater, jeans, red Converse shoes and was carrying a black backpack

Xander was last seen on video surveillance leaving his home off of Big Hill Road around 12:45 am today. He is described as 6’02”, 200 pounds with brown short collar length hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a grey Hurley sweater, grey sweatpants, blue van shoes and had a black backpack with stars.
