Sandbags Available In Calaveras County

San Andreas, CA– With a stormy weekend ahead, the Calaveras County Office of Emergency Services is reminding residents to be prepared for possible flooding.

Anyone around rivers or creeks should monitor the weather and take appropriate actions such as sandbagging. Sand and sand bags are available at the following locations:

The Calaveras County Government Center at 891 Mountain Ranch Road in San Andreas.

The Calaveras County Road Departments including the:
Jenny Lind Station at 11558 Milton Road in Jenny Lind
Arnold Station at 1191 Linebaugh Road in ArnoldWest Point/Railroad Flat Station at 16151 Hwy 26 in Glencoe

The Murphys Fire Department at the corner of Hwy 4 and West Main Street in Murphys

Jitters parking lot off Hwy 26 across from Hogan Dam Road in Valley Springs

Duhammel Dentist Office parking lot on Vista Del Lago Road in Valley Springs
