Motorized Travel Management Public Meetings Continue
West Point, CA — Meetings are underway regarding the Stanislaus National Forest’s Motorized Travel Management Plan.
Over the past four years officials have been working to create a sustainable system of routes in hopes of protecting resources that are damaged by cross country travel.
A public meeting will be held at the West Point Community Hall on Monday, March 30 from 5-7:30pm. The core portion of the meeting will run from 6-7:30pm.
There will also be a meeting at the Stanislaus County Harvest Hall in Modesto on Saturday, April 4. The core portion is scheduled to run from 5-7pm.
