Closed Meeting Reportedly About Community Development Director Will Continue Friday

San Andreas, Ca — On Tuesday and Wednesday the Calaveras County Board of Supervisors held a closed session meeting reportedly to discuss the employment status of Community Development Director Stephanie Moreno.
Assistant County Counsel David Sirias is not able to confirm or deny that the meeting is directly related to Moreno, but it is related to an employee dismissal, discipline or release.
A recent Grand Jury Report raised questions about Moreno´s job performance, prompting back and forth discussions at recent Board meetings.
Sirias says that no conclusion was reached following the first two days of meetings, and the closed session will resume at 5pm Friday at the Government Center in San Andreas.
