San Diego Murder Suspect Could Be Heading For Mother Lode
San Andreas, CA — A San Diego man wanted for shooting two men inside a local dessert hang out could be headed for the Mother Lode, authorities say.
The San Diego Police Department says on December 30, 45-year old Ralph Garbarini walked into the local eatery and shot and killed 44-year old Michael Fineman and wounded another man.
Previously the two men were dining with their respective dates and had asked for Garbarini to be escorted from the restaurant because he was staring at the couples.
Garbarini had only been in San Diego for a short time. He previously lived in Arizona, Mexico and Jackson, California.
San Diego Detective Lieutenant Kevin Rooney says Garbarini has family in Jackson and considers it his hometown.
He is believed to be driving and living in a brownish/gray 1990 Toyota pickup with a wooden camper shell, license plate 7E76312. The pickup is customized to look like a rock formation.
Garbarini is 5´8”, weighs 170 pounds, has brown hair and blue eyes. He is considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information on his location should contact Lieutenant Rooney at (619) 531-2425.
