Colondres Arrested On Various Weapons Charges
Sonora, CA — 20 year old Daniel Lucas Colondres of Penn Valley spent his weekend in the Tuolumne County Jail.
Friday morning at three o´clock, Sheriff´s Deputy Oliver Imlach noticed Colondres sitting alone in a pickup truck in front of Ed´s Bar in Twain Harte. Upon further investigation, Imlach determined that Colondres was extremely intoxicated.
In addition, he had on his person or in the truck, a number of knives, an AK-47 assault rifle with an attached magazine of ammunition and a round in the chamber. There was also a bayonet fixed to the barrel. A bullet proof vest was found next to the rifle.
Colondres was booked for possession of an assault rifle, possession of a loaded firearm in public, possession of a concealed dagger and public drunkenness.
