Modesto, CA — Richard S. “Duke” York has been named as Chair of the Measure E Citizens´ Bond Oversight Committee for the Yosemite Community College District.
He previously served as Vice Chair of the oversight committee. York is the current Deputy Director of Public Works for Tuolumne County.
