Angels Camp Man Arrested For Lewd Acts On A Child

Angels Camp, CA — 30-year old Jason Kubiak of Angels Camp has been arrested on charges of conducting lewd acts on a child under the age of 14.
Angels Camp Police Chief Tony Tacheira says last Thursday he received a call from an outside law enforcement agency reporting the possible crime.
That same day authorities brought Kubiak in for questioning and arrested him on site without incident. The crimes allegedly took place inside the suspect´s Angels Camp home over numerous months.
Kubiak is in Calaveras County Jail on $400,000 bail. His charges include engaging in three or more acts of sexual misconduct.
Tacheira says the case is still being investigated to determine whether there are more victims.
