Caltrans Will Install O’Byrnes Ferry Traffic Light In Late Summer

Jamestown, Ca — In August, crews are scheduled to begin installation of a full traffic light at the intersection of Hwy 108 and O´Byrnes Ferry Rd.
Caltrans Spokesperson Troy Bowers says an internal audit flagged the intersection in 2003 as one that has potential problems. The intersection has been the sight of numerous accidents over recent years. Bowers says the hope is to begin work in early August, and have everything installed by early October.
