Claimjumpers Grab The Gold In Texas

Columbia, CA — Columbia College debaters brought home the gold from the five-day National Community College Championship Speech and Debate Tournament held in April in Houston.
Students Zack Macbeth of Encinitas and Trevor Wittke of Mokelumne Hill took first place in the competition for two-year colleges from across the country.
At a novice tournament on the weekend of April 28, AngieszkaSijil” Blackwolf of Altaville and Amanda Souza of Tuolumne were undefeated and captured a gold medal in their division. Danielle Carmack of Sonora and Candice Harrison of Avery earned silver medals.
