Columbia Crossroads Shopping Center Proposal To Be Discussed
Columbia, Ca — The Columbia Airport Land Use Commission will discuss plans for a proposed a 13.2 acre shopping center submitted by developer R.C. Equities LLC when it meets tonight.
“They are proposing to call the shopping center Columbia Crossroads,” says Tuolumne County Community Development Director Bev Shane. “They are proposing 76,500 square feet of gross floor area. The shopping center is proposed to be comprised of four buildings ranging in size from 2,500 square feet to 3,000 square feet.”
The shopping center would be located at the Pedro Y, which is at the intersection of Hwy 49 and Parrotts Ferry Rd.
The Columbia Land Use Commission will meet at 6pm tonight at the airport. Later this month, the proposal will be sent to the Columbia Planning Commission.
