Calaveras County Deputies Apprehend At Large Parolee

San Andreas, CA — Calaveras County Sheriff´s Deputies have a parolee in custody after receiving a tip from a member of the public yesterday.
Investigators say 35-year-old Eugene Rhorbach was recognized by an Arnold resident who called authorities just before 8:00 in the morning.
Deputies found Rhorbach walking along Highway 4 near Shirewood Lane a short time later.
Rhorbach was apprehended without incident and transported to the Calaveras County Jail and booked in for violating his parole conditions.
