Democratic Central Committee Offers Book Scholarship

Sonora, CA — The Tuolumne County Democratic Central Committee and Democratic Club will award one $200 book scholarship to a senior attending a charter, rural or small high school in Tuolumne County.
To apply for the scholarship, students are asked to respond to an essay question regarding what Democratic values are most important in the nation´s history.
Organizers say students at Summerville and Sonora High School can apply through the regular process at their schools. The deadline is Monday April 3rd.
