Fireworks Over Hogan Saturday

Valley Springs, CA — The 11th Annual Fireworks Over New Hogan Lake is set for Saturday.
The Valley Springs Boosters put on the event every year. Local booster Steve Kearney says this year will be better than last.
$25,000 worth of fireworks will light up the sky just as night falls, which should be around 9 p.m.
Kearney encourages attendees to get there early. High waters have left minimal beach space. Kearney also says it will be hot out so bring ice and water and maybe an awning since shade is also minimal.
