Sonora, CA – Those renting or previous homeowners in Tuolumne County during the disastrous 2023 floods can get some funding to purchase a home.
Find out how to qualify for up to $300,000 from a state homebuyer assistance program at the ReCoverCA Home Buyers Event, hosted by the Golden State Finance Authority (GSFA). It is free to attend.
The residences must be in California and not in special flood hazard or high fire zones. Flood catastrophe recovery agencies and organizations, as well as real estate specialists, are also invited. The workshop is on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, from 7 to 8 p.m. at the Tuolumne County Administration, Board Chambers, 2 South Green Street, 4th Floor, in Sonora.
