Sonora, CA — A long-time Tuolumne County resident has been named a Vice President, Bank Manager, at Oak Valley Community Bank.
Shannon Morfoot will lead the East Sonora branch, located at 14890 Mono Way. Her focus will be on supporting local businesses and individuals, while deepening the bank’s community involvement and presence.
Morfoot has nearly three decades of experience in the industry, most recently as a Vice President, Financial Service Manager, for another bank. She has lived in Sonora for 35 years and is actively involved in the community through initiatives like the Sonora High Sober Grad program and the Sonora High Sports Booster Club. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, attending sporting events, camping, and traveling to the sand dunes.
“Shannon’s depth of experience, long-standing ties to the community, and passion for building relationships make her an outstanding addition to our team,” said Julie DeHart, Executive VP, Retail Banking Group. “We are confident she will make a positive impact on our clients and the East Sonora branch.”
