Tuolumne Board Of Supervisors To Revisit Columbia Housing Project

Sonora, CA — The Tuolumne County Board of Supervisors will once again consider a developer´s request to have a four acre parcel of land in Columbia rezoned to accommodate a moderate income housing complex.
MSW Enterprises sought to have the measure approved at last week´s board meeting but was met with considerable opposition.
At tomorrow´s meeting the board is scheduled to once again consider the project with numerous revisions. Those revisions involve amendments to the subdivision map, the development agreement and consideration of the site development permit and the design review permit.
The board will take up the issue during it´s weekly meeting tomorrow afternoon at 2:00, in the board chambers on South Green Street in Sonora.
