Primary Election Ballots Arriving This Week

Sonora, CA — Ballots for the June 2 primary election were sent by election offices across the state on Monday.

Tuolumne County Clerk and Auditor-Controller, Donny McNair, notes, “If individuals have not received their ballots by Monday, May 11, please call the elections office at 209-533-5570, and we can suspend and reissue your ballot. Once voters vote and sign their envelope, they can drop it off at one of the 10 drop-off boxes in the county, or mail it in. Additionally, the election’s office at 2 South Green Street (in Sonora) is open Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm (for early voting).”

Also, Vote Centers will open at various locations in the days leading up to the election, and there will be special weekend hours at the elections office (two weeks prior).
