New Tuolumne County Superior Court Commissioner To Take Bench

Sonora, CA — Tuolumne County Superior Court has named Natasha Moiseyev as the newest Court Commissioner.

She will take the bench in Department 5 beginning this Wednesday, August 26. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Yale University and her Juris Doctor degree from UC Davis School of Law. She was in private practice for 25 years, with a focus on business litigation, environmental law, intellectual property contracts, real estate law, family law, and probate.

Moiseyev also provided services as an elder advocate. In addition, she served as a Court Commissioner for the past three years, presiding over the Department of Child Support Services (DCSS) child support cases, Family Law calendars, and domestic violence restraining order matters.
