Peterson Trial Delayed Until Monday

The judge in the murder trial of Scott Peterson has delayed the trial until next Monday.
Judge Alfred Delucchi told jurors that he was delaying the trial until Monday because — quote — “some problems have arisen here.”
It´s not clear what specifically moved the judge moved to push the trial back to next week, but he did meet with attorneys from both sides behind closed doors before making his decision.
The unexpected delay comes as defense attorney Mark Geragos and his team were to begin their defense of Peterson.
The judge told the jury to expect to begin deliberating in November.
