No More Incentives For Clean-Air Cars

Valley air monitors will stop paying incentives for buying clean-air vehicles. The San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District offered up to $3,000 to buyers of hybrid car or other pollution-cutting vehicles. Air regulators say the state€™s budget crisis and a sluggish economy is forcing them to suspend the program.
