He’d Rather Stay In Jail

A 92-year-old Chico area man is fighting to stay in jail. For more than a year, Coval Russell has tried to delay his sentencing for assault. Now – a judge has granted him three years probation because of his age and health. His attorney says he wants to stay in jail because he felt safe and was respected.
