An Oakland jury in the Earth First car bombing case completed the third week of deliberations yesterday without reaching a verdict. It´s the federal case of two Earth First activists who accuse Oakland police and F-B-I agents of false arrest in the bombing of their car in 1990. The jury did request revised verdict forms. The new forms include an option for jurors to choose “undecided” on some counts. Deliberations resume Monday. Darryl Cherney and Judi Bari were injured when a bomb exploded in their car while they were driving in Oakland in May of 1990.
