Parked Cars Targets For Theft

Cars parked at Melones Lake and Rainbow Pools were broken into. Tuolumne County Deputies say a rock was thrown through the window of a car parked on Reynolds Ferry Road near the lake. A CD player, CDs, a watch, keys, and a cell phone were taken.
A backpack, wallet, purse and motorcycle keys were taken from a car parked on Highway 120 at Rainbow Pools in Groveland
Deputies are also investigating a break-in to a home on Ponderosa Drive in Twain Harte.
Sonora Police says bicycles belonging to a Stockton Road Pawn Shop were stolen from in front of the store, and a downtown clothing store reports a $108 dress was taken.
