Housing Costs Up Again

Sales and prices of existing family homes keep hitting record highs in California. The California Association of Realtors says the median price of an existing single family home hit nearly 322-thousand dollars in April, a 26% jump from April 2001. It was the second straight month that the median price went above 300-thousand dollars.
