Davis Offers Energy Rebate

Governor Davis is bringing back the “20/20 rebate” program to provide financial incentives for residents to conserve energy. Declaring “California´s energy crisis is not over,” Davis signed an order Thursday to revive the program. It awards refunds to utility users who use 20 percent less electricity than they did two summers ago.
