Teacher Says Relationship Not Sexual

The California high school science teacher behind bars in Las Vegas on kidnapping and statutory sexual seduction charges is speaking out. In a jailhouse interview yesterday Tanya Hadden said she and her 15-year-old student Richard Pena are just friends and did not have a sexual relationship.
The pair disappeared Monday after San Bernardino police went to Cajon High School to investigate allegations that the two had a five-week relationship. Hadden is being held without bail. She´s scheduled to be arraigned in Las Vegas Tuesday morning.
