Scientists Not Sure About Quakes

Scientists say they aren´t sure whether a surge of recent quakes in the Bay Area is good news or bad. Some say the small temblors could be a precursor to an upcoming major quake, while others claim the quakes could relieve some of the strain and actually delay the inevitable monster quake.
