Inmate Sues Over Cellmate’s Smoking

A prison inmate in Fairfield has filed a lawsuit against a trio of tobacco companies seeking three million dollars for his exposure to secondhand smoke. Askia Ashanti says he had to inhale smoke from his cellmate´s cigarettes, which has been detrimental to his health.
