Court Date Moved In Child Death

Arraignment has been postponed for a woman accused of killing her daughter in a Mill Valley hotel room. Her lawyer says Marisa Mariposa Garcia is too distraught to enter a plea. Garcia is being held in the death of her three-year-old daughter, Kaya, in an upscale hotel two days ago. She was scheduled to plead yesterday, but it was put off until Monday.
