Condit Suit In Fresno Federal Court

The National Enquirer wants a federal judge in Fresno to throw out a ten million dollar lawsuit filed by U-S Representative Gary Condit´s wife. Carolyn Condit accused the tabloid of libeling her in the suit she filed in February. Lawyers for the newspaper say Carolyn Condit never demanded a correction and has not been hurt by the articles.
