Minor Quake Hits Southern California

A minor earthquake has rattled part of southern San Bernardino County. But there are no reports of injuries or damage.
A preliminary report from the Southern California Seismic Network says the 3.3 quake struck at 3:03 p.m. It was centered 21 miles northwest of Palm Springs.
