Thefts Investigated In Jamestown

Tuolumne County deputies are investigating several thefts in the area. A backpack was stolen in Jamestown from a parked pickup truck, and the vehicle´s registration taken from inside the cab. Also in Jamestown some items taken from parked cars on Preston lane and Oak Street, and a decorative cannon was stolen from a home on willow street.
