Fire Restriction Eased In Stanislaus Forest

U-S Forest Service officials are easing fire restrictions in the high country of the Stanislaus National Forest. Seasonal fire restrictions above the 65-hundred foot level have been lifted. Fire restrictions remain in effect below that, so no campfires, barbecues or smoking is allowed outside permanent campsites.
