Ammonia Leak Stops Traffic

A cold storage facility was isolated Sunday night after an ammonia discharge slowly spread across a downtown Sacramento road. Residents were asked to stay inside and traffic was blocked for nearly three hours when a refrigeration system failed at Capitol Station, a cold storage facility.
