Red Morning Commute

Red sky in the morning, sailors take warning…that old saying may not mean much to any sailers living in the Mother Lode, but a bright red sunrise reflecting on storm clouds greeted commuters along South Washington Street in Downtown Sonora Friday morning. Clouds will move in today bringing a chance of afternoon and evening rain showers and a possible thunder storm. Sunny skies return Saturday, with more rain predicted next week.
