Inmate Shot During Race Riot

Officials say an inmate was shot by a prison guard during a riot yesterday at Folsom State Prison. California Department of Corrections spokeswoman Terry Thornton says the riot was racially motivated. The officer, whose name was not released, will be on administrative leave until the investigation concludes.
