Fallen Firefighter Honored

Firefighters, family and friends gathered at Peoples Church in Fresno yesterday to pay last respects to
firefighter Kirk Schafer. Schafer was killed last week when a pressurized water tank exploded. A large procession of fire trucks traveled through the streets of
Fresno and more that one-thousand firefighters from Bakersfield to Sacramento attended the service.
