Storm Causes Blackout In Kern County, 20k Affected

High winds and heavy rain are proving a nasty combination as the first storm of the season makes its way through Kern County. The storm has knocked out power to at least 20,000 P.G.&E. customers. And police and fire officials are dealing with downed trees and power lines at busy intersections around Bakersfield.
