The F-B-I has arrested a Eureka man for allegedly posting a letter to his former landlord that contained a suspicious white powder the sender said was anthrax.
Agents arrested 45-year-old Roger Hudnall yesterday morning.
He allegedly sent a letter to his former landlord containing threats that what turned out to be talcum powder was an anthrax laced compound.
Last week, Hudnall reportedly told Eureka police he sent the letter. He is now in jail and will be transported to a San Francisco Federal Court for a December 18th arraignment.
He could face five years for using the postal service to transmit a threat.
