Calaveras County Meeting for Input on Parks Direction
Calaveras, CA– Calaveras County has announced an open house event to gather community input on the future direction of local parks and recreation facilities. Additional meetings will be held throughout April, and the full schedule of those meetings can be found here. In a statement, the District 4 Commissioner for the Calaveras County Parks and Rec extended a warm invitation to all community members, emphasizing their commitment to listening to the needs and desires of residents.
“Do YOU have concerns or ideas about Parks in our community? Have you heard about things that you still want to happen? What have they said before? You can be heard.”
The meeting will take place on Thursday, April 4th from 5:30-7:00 pm at the Governor Mansion on 101 Stone Street, Copperopolis. The meeting will be recorded and posted on social media. In addition, there is an online survey that residents can take that is located here.
