Columbia College Fatality Identified

Jamestown, CA — 52 year old Steven Trainque of Avery has been positively identified by the C.H.P. as the individual who died while exiting the Columbia College campus during the Monday noon hour.
Trainque had just completed a class when his 1999 Subaru drifted off the right side of the roadway. He was found to be unconscious and not breathing.
According to C.H.P. Officer Mike Remmel the death was undoubtedly caused by a medical issue because the damage to the vehicle was not consistent with a fatality.
