Fraser Scheduled For Arraignment

Sonora, CA — Arraignment in Tuolumne County Superior Court is scheduled today for 50 year old Thomas Jefferson Fraser IV.
According to the District Attorney´s office Fraser has been charged with embezzlement of public funds while serving as a county road crew supervisor.
Fraser has also been charged with a misdemeanor of transporting dead horses to an unauthorized location for burial.
